How we work with NHS organisations

Creating the right support for your organisation

We work in partnership with NHS organisations on a commissioned basis to design and deliver lifestyle medicine services that are practical, scalable and tailored to local populations.

We work with you to understand your population, priorities and workforce - so the approach is grounded in the realities of your system.

Understand your context

We co-create a lifestyle medicine model that fits your team, your patients and your local context - drawing on what has already been tested in practice.

Co-design your service

We support you to implement the service, build capability within your team, and embed a model that is sustainable beyond initial delivery.

Resource hub

As part of our work, organisations have access to our comprehensive resources, including patient materials, templates and surveys to use with patients and digital tools for seamless implementation.

All of our resources are peer-reviewed to ensure they are evidence-based, clinically appropriate, and aligned with current best practice.

We work closely with healthcare professionals, subject matter experts, and community partners to make sure our content is accurate, practical, and relevant to the people we serve.
