3. How we use your information
We only use your personal data for legitimate purposes, including to:
Respond to enquiries or requests for information

When we deliver training or consultancy services for clients (for example, within NHS trusts or healthcare organisations), we may process personal data provided by those clients in order to deliver the contracted service. In these cases, data is processed securely, used only for that specific purpose, and handled in accordance with both this policy and any data protection agreements in place with the client.
We do not process or store any patient-identifiable information. Any outcome, feedback or evaluation data we collect as part of programme delivery is aggregated or anonymised so that individuals cannot be identified.
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Lawful bases for processing
We rely on one or more of the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:

Legitimate interests — for responding to enquiries, improving services and managing event communications
Contract — when processing is necessary to deliver a service or event you’ve registered for
Legal obligation — when required by law
5. Who we share your data with
We only share personal data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business. These include:
Squarespace – website hosting and online forms

Separate contact lists are maintained for different purposes (e.g. webinar communications, conference follow-ups, and general subscribers). Individuals are only added to our main mailing list if they have actively opted in.
Google Workspace (including Gmail, Calendar, Meet and Drive) – email, storage and online meetings
Zoom – for hosting webinars or virtual meetings (sessions may be recorded – see below)
Eventbrite – for event and webinar registrations
Squarespace provides us with basic, anonymised traffic and engagement data to help us understand how visitors use our website. This does not involve third-party tracking or analytics tools.
All providers comply with UK GDPR and act as data processors under appropriate agreements.
6. International data transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office).
7. How long we keep your data
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected.
Typical retention periods are:
Contact enquiries: up to 2 years
Mailing list subscribers: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
Event or webinar data: up to 1 year after the event date
Recordings: retained only for as long as relevant and then deleted
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
